Did you know you are the most productive immediately after waking up. You may be able to get eight hours of work done in three or four. You can even implement many of these practices if you have a full time job. The eight hour work day is not optimal and Benjamin explains why.
I personally am very productive in the mornings and, since going indie, follow a similar schedule to Benjamin. I don't get up quite that early, but the important thing to remember is that everyone is different and taking advantage of your own tendencies, along with knowing some facts about how your body works, can drastically increase your productivity.
