This has been such a huge store in the past week. Marco Arment, a successful independent developer and respected member of the iOS dev community, left tons of money on the table by pulling his wildly successful content blocker app only two days after its debut. I find it interesting because indie developers can make decisions with their apps that big corporations can't. They are more nimble and responsive to the pulse of their users and the iOS ecosystem. This is a big advantage and one of the reasons I believe we will continue to find success in the App Store, regardless of what we are hearing about our demise. Kudos to Marco for doing what he felt was right even when many disagreed with him.
